Healthy Contra Costa  is only one part of the implementation strategy. Healthy Contra Costa works with local community based organizations, base building organizations, governmental systems and coalitions with the purpose of moving the strategies identified in the plan forward. We have always invited ALL partners and residents to the table. Our collective partners identify strategic opportunities and invite local leaders to better understand the local landscape and will seek to build upon existing efforts that have the greatest potential to achieve the kind of changes sought in the Healthy Contra Costa campaigns.
